Fixed price per engagement. Published on the website. No "engagement-based" or "scoping-call" surprises.
We publish pricing because regulated assurance work runs on transparent fees, and because hiding prices behind a sales call doesn't fit the buyer profile we serve — finance and sustainability leads inside listed and exporter companies who already know what they need.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Payment is collected via Razorpay at engagement start.

All four services run through the same workflow — sign up, upload artefacts, pay, receive a DSC-signed deliverable inside 72 hours of complete document submission.
The signed deliverable in every case is issued by an ICAI-registered partner CA firm that BatchWise assigns to the engagement. BatchWise itself does not sign — see How we coordinate engagements for the model.
What's included in every engagement
- The published BatchWise methodology applied by the assigned partner CA firm
- Direct access to the assigned signing CA (not a junior consultant) for the duration of the engagement and for follow-up queries from your statutory auditor or regulator
- A secure document workspace for uploading source artefacts (Tally exports, utility bills, payroll registers, sustainability disclosures)
- One round of clarifications / re-submissions during the engagement
- Final review meeting with the signing CA before report finalisation
- Signed deliverables retained on your dashboard for the lifetime of your account
(The partner CA firm separately retains workpapers per ICAI's seven-year requirement.)
What's not included
- Underlying data preparation — if your Tally chart of accounts, utility records, or payroll system require structural cleanup before the data can be assured, that is a separate scope
- Statutory audit — assurance over BRSR Core does not cover or replace the statutory financial audit conducted by your appointed auditor under the Companies Act
- Regulator representation — if SEBI, BSE, or NSE raise post-filing queries that go beyond the assured values, ad-hoc support is billed separately at standard professional rates
- Custom methodology — every engagement uses the published methodology. Bespoke or proprietary methodology requests are out of scope
Bundles for multi-engagement years
If you need more than one assurance engagement in the same financial year — for example, BRSR Core for the parent and Value Chain Verification for material suppliers, or BRSR Core plus a separate ISAE 3410 GHG report for an export division — contact us via the consultation form before purchasing individually. Bundle scoping is done one-on-one because the right partner-firm assignment varies across subsidiaries and the right bundle depends on which legal entities, periods, and deliverables are in scope.
Payments and refunds
Payment is collected in full via Razorpay at engagement start (UPI, netbanking, card, corporate accounts). Indian rupee invoicing only.
Refunds. If we cannot deliver an engagement that has been paid for — for example because your supplied artefacts make the engagement unauditable and you decline to re-supply — we refund the engagement fee in full minus a documentation fee for the work already performed. The documentation fee is capped at 25% of the engagement fee and only applies if substantial work was already done before the cancellation. Cancellation before any work begins is a 100% refund.
We do not retain a fee for engagements we decline up-front (e.g., if scoping reveals an independence conflict between the available partner firms and your statutory auditor).
Taxes and invoicing
- All prices on this page are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) — currently 18% on professional services
- A GST-compliant invoice is issued within seven days of payment receipt
- Invoicing entity depends on engagement structure: in subcontracted reseller mode, BatchWise invoices you and settles with the partner firm; in lead handoff mode, the partner firm invoices you directly
- The contracting + invoicing party is confirmed in your engagement letter before payment

Frequently asked questions
Why publish prices? Most assurance firms quote on engagement.
Two reasons. First, the buyers we serve — finance and sustainability leads at Top 1,000 entities, exporters, and SME suppliers — typically already know what scope they need. A scoping call to arrive at a price quote is friction they don’t need. Second, transparent pricing is consistent with how SEBI’s BRSR Core itself is structured: a defined deliverable with defined attributes, which lends itself to a fixed coordinated fee. (Individual CA firms have ICAI advertising restrictions that limit what they can publish; BatchWise as a coordination platform doesn’t share those restrictions.)
Are these prices all-in or is there a "platform fee" on top?
All-in. The price you see on this page is the engagement fee. There is no SaaS subscription, platform fee, document storage charge, or per-user fee. The fee covers BatchWise’s coordination, the partner firm’s assurance work, and all listed deliverables.
Can I get a quote in a different currency?
We invoice only in INR. If you need to remit from outside India (e.g., a parent entity paying for an Indian subsidiary’s assurance), the rupee invoice can be settled via inward remittance through any AD bank.
Do you offer a free pilot or trial?
No. Assurance work cannot be done on a "trial" basis under ICAI standards — once the partner firm signs, they own the opinion. What we do offer is a free 30-minute scoping consultation before you commit, and a redacted sample assurance report on request.
Can I pay in instalments?
The default is full payment upfront via Razorpay. For larger multi-entity engagements, we will discuss a 50/50 schedule during scoping — confirmed in the engagement letter before payment.
